Site work for a civil project in Boring, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: Construction of a new open channel ultraviolet disinfection (UV) system that will replace an existing system within an existing concrete channel. Work includes modifications to the existing channel, modifications to the downstream weir and flow path, and additions of upstream flow conditioners/baffles. The work also includes addition of a recessed maintenance platform area, canopy additions and structural modifications to the existing canopy, and electrical and instrumentation work associated with the UV system. The work includes repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work, including rerouting of small diameter plant water pipes to accommodate the maintenance platform, and incidentals for complete and usable facility. Commissioning of the Work. James W. Fowler Co. is requesting Quotes for the following Categories: Concrete Supply Rebar Concrete Cutting & Boring Saw Cutting Masonry Metal Fabrication Roofing Coating/Painting HVAC Electrical Welding Proposers are required to provide pricing for the Bid Items per Article 3.01. Additionally, proposers shall provide a tentative schedule to completion of the work, a list of first-tier subcontractors (if any), and resumes of proposed key individuals who will be in charge of the work in accordance to the Bid Form requirements, Article 2.01.
