The Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation (RIRRC or the Corporation) is seeking qualified Vendors to supply and deliver permeable turbidity curtains and anchoring systems for use in stormwater retention ponds. These curtains shall control silt and sediment migration under moving water conditions and must be suitable for low to moderate flow environments. The permeable turbidity curtains and anchoring systems will be deployed in stormwater retention ponds that are lined and unlined with geosynthetics. These ponds have an approximate surface water depth between 3 1/2 ' - 4 1/2 '. The turbidity curtains should be manufactured using high strength fabric with heavy duty tension members, along with aluminum stress plates, and bottom tension and ballast. Questions concerning the Scope of Work and Technical Specifications must be submitted in writing and directed to Purchasing. Preferably, questions should be submitted by email to (purchasing@rirrc.org) The Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation is seeking qualified Vendors to supply and deliver permeable turbidity curtains and anchoring systems for use in stormwater retention ponds.
