PROJECT ESTIMATE: $480,000 - 530,000 not including WA State Sales Tax Project No. 25013852 The work proposed includes all the necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to construct improvements to the Remann Hall Detention Building located at 5501 6th Ave Tacoma, WA 98406. * Pierce County will pay fees for the General Building Permit and Plan Review for this project. The contractor is responsible for any specialty or other permits required for this project and shall include such fees in his bid. Question Submission Deadline:December 5, 2025, 5:00pm Project cancelled as per Official Notice #3 in email.
