Renovation of a recreation facility in Caruthersville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade recreation facility.
Project No: 25267 The project includes replacing the Gym HVAC Units at the Diane Sayre Recreation Center. The work involves removing the three existing Gym HVAC Units and installing two new HVAC Units. Separate sealed bids, subject to specified conditions and provisions, will be received by the Owner. Electronic files of bid documents may be downloaded free of charge or obtained as hard copies at the contractor's expense. Bid security of not less than five percent of the total amount of the bid is required, either by a certified or cashier's check or a bid bond. The successful bidder must furnish separate performance and payment bonds each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price at the time of contract execution. All proposals will be evaluated and may be held for up to 60 days for bid evaluation purposes.
