The City of Carlsbad is seeking a qualified contractor to provide: Poinsettia Lane Sewer Improvements (5548-D) Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services to remove 2,560 feet of existing 12-inch diameter PVC sewer and replace with 910 feet of 15-inch diameter sewer and 1,650 feet of 18-inch PVC sewer; modification, rechanneling and rehabilitation of 10 existing sewer manhole structures; and all incidental work including, but not limited to, surveying services; utility potholing; groundwater dewatering and permitting; sewer by-pass systems; storm water and non-storm water pollution prevention; excavation support systems, including engineering services for deep excavations exceeding 20-feet in depth; traffic control; earthwork; paving and site restoration. Bressi Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation (5503-26) Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services to rehabilitate 25 sewer manholes with epoxy-mortar lining inclusive of removing existing T-Lock lining systems; interior surface preparation, smoothing, and cleaning; replacement of concrete benches and channels; removing, installing manhole concrete collars, frames and covers with adjustment to final grade; groundwater infiltration proofing by injection grouting; and all incidental work including, but not limited to, sewer by-pass systems and methods; and traffic control.
