Scope of Services: The City of Pomona Water Department is seeking bids for the purchase of Large Ultrasonic Water Meters for the City’s potable water system to be awarded a 5-year contract. All products must be new and unused. The specified quantities listed are the department’s estimated annual usage that will be ordered on an as-needed basis throughout the year. Other Details: Freight terms shall be F.O.B. Destination and delivered to the Water Resources Department warehouse located at 752 W. Commercial St., Pomona, CA 91768. The successful bidder will be required to obtain a City of Pomona business license. The contract period shall be for five (5) years commencing upon approval by the City of Pomona City Council. Instructions to Bidders: Bidder to complete the Required: Bid Sheet attached under "Documents." Please note that per Section 2-971(2) of the Pomona City Code, any unauthorized contact by the bidder during the bid or proposal process with an official or city employee, other than those shown on the RFP or bid, the Finance Director, or Purchasing Manager, shall cause the bidder to be immediately disqualified from participating in the bidding process.
