The Board of Education of the Pomona Unified School District requests proposals for RFP No. 12(25-26) FN - Kitchen Equipment Repair, Maintenance, and Facility Support Services, and RFP No. 13(25-26) FN - Repair and Service of District-Wide Refrigeration and Freezer Units. These RFPs are to be separately bid and will not be combined or awarded together. Proposals must be delivered in sealed envelopes marked with the respective RFP number and title and submitted to the Food and Nutrition Services Department. All proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the District and conform to the RFP documents. Licensed contractors must possess a current Class “C-10” License for RFP No. 12(25-26)FN and a “C-38” License for RFP No. 13(25-26)FN. Contractors must comply with all California Labor Code requirements, including registration with the Department of Industrial Relations. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or parts thereof and to be the sole judge of the proposals’ merits and qualifications. Design, specifications, service, delivery, and quality may be considered in the selection. All contractors and subcontractors must furnish certified payroll records as required under state law. The awarded contract, if made, will be to the qualified firm whose proposal best complies with all requirements and is in the District's best interest.
