The Project consists of but not limited to: A new elementary school building on the existing Fox Hill School site, where the existing school will remain in operation until the completion of the new building; subsequently, the demolition of the existing school and completion of site work. 5% for veterans. The work to be performed under this Contract, FOX HILL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, is as follows: 1. Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, appliances, and materials and perform all operations required for the new FOX HILL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, Burlington, MA. 2. Perform all work, including but not limited to, earthwork, utilities, site improvements, landscaping, lawns, temporary facilities, footings, foundations, structural steel superstructure and erection, steel decking, steel shear studs, concrete slab-on-grade and composite slab on metal deck, roofing, insulation, AVB, cladding, windows, doors, interior buildout, finishes, fixed equipment and furnishings and elevators; fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electric, communications, and security systems; and the coordination thereof, as shown and noted on the Drawings and in the Specifications herein, required for the construction of the New Fox Hill Elementary School. 3. Perform designated abatement and demolition and removal of the existing Fox Hill Elementary School, and subsequent sitework as shown and noted on the Drawings and in the Specifications to complete the New Fox Hill Elementary School site. A new two-story elementary school building shall be built to replace the existing Fox Hill School which will remain in operation during the construction of the new school on the existing school site. Upon occupancy of the new building, the existing Fox Hill school shall be abated and demolished, and the site work completed.
