Riverbend Water Resources District (Riverbend or RWRD) wishes to engage a qualified firm to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services to assist RWRD to enter into construction contracts to build the Water System Improvement Program consisting of a surface water intake, tunnel, raw water pump station, raw water transmission pipeline, water treatment plant, and potable water transmission. In this Request for Proposal (RFP) the term "proponent" means either a single company or a team of companies. There may be interviews for top scoring firms on February 18-19, 2026
