Description

New construction of a multi-residential development in New Boston, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development.

Bids are invited for the furnishing of material and labor for the construction of new residential dwelling projects located within the City of New Boston. Legitimate bidders may obtain one copy of the contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, without charge. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least 60 days. The Owner of the property and City of New Boston reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities in bidding. The Owner and the City also reserve the right to award a contract on selected bid items and/or alternatives on the work bid form at their discretion.
