The Project consists of but not limited to: Replacement of existing fire alarm system with new addressable system at Stratton Manor (667-1) & the FCRHRA Offices. LOCATIONS:- Millers Falls Road (FCRHRA Office) 241 Millers Falls Road, Turners Falls, MA 01376 Stratton Manor - Bernardston (667-1) 20 Hartwell Street, Bernardston, MA 01337 In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work is estimated to cost $176,160.00. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. Completion-120 consecutive calendar days.
