The Massachusetts Port Authority is seeking experienced, full-service signage firms for a high-visibility project in the South Boston Waterfront. The project involves the SBWTC Plaza and World Trade Center Avenue. The scope of work is part of a broader initiative to create a district identity and improve pedestrian traffic direction. Submissions must be received by the deadline to be considered. Respondents may revise their qualifications up to the submission deadline. All submissions become the property of Massport and deadlines may be modified at Massport's discretion. Any questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted electronically by December 10, 2025. January 9, 2026 Respondent selection and notification The selected respondent will provide comprehensive signage services including, but not limited to design, fabrication and installation services for: o Streetlight pole-mounted banners o Building-mounted graphics and signs o Ground plane adhesive or painted graphics o Temporary, free-standing wayfinding stanchions o Refurbishing of existing signs The scope includes design coordination, fabrication, installation, and maintenance as required. Respondents should demonstrate experience managing signage programs in active urban environments and working collaboratively with public agencies and stakeholders.
