Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This will be for a contract specifically dedicated to on-call brick sidewalk and ramp reconstruction citywide. One (1) contract will be awarded. The contract includes two (2) one-year renewal options at the City's sole discretion, with a 3.5% unit price increase per renewal. Renewals maintain original quantities and scope. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the classes of work as MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the classes of work as Sidewalk and Curbing for the project with an estimated value of $12,004,500 will be required.
