The Authority requests sealed proposals from firms to provide exclusive non-alcoholic pouring rights services for the Thomas Michael Menino Convention and Exhibition Center, John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center, Boston Common Garage, and MassMutual Center. The selected beverage company will be required to undertake marketing, advertising, hospitality, and promotional activities at these facilities while enhancing the company's community marketing efforts and image, and offering the Authority revenue opportunities. Only one exclusive beverage company will be selected. The RFP sets forth minimum qualification standards and contract terms and conditions that must be met. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy with a signed original. From the announcement date, any contact by a firm with Authority members or employees regarding the selection process or contemplated contract, other than to obtain the RFP or submit a written question as prescribed, may result in disqualification. Questions regarding the proposal must be submitted in writing in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.
