Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Boston, acting through its Chief of Streets, invites sealed bids for the performance of citywide concrete sidewalk reconstruction. This contract is specifically dedicated to ADA compliant pedestrian sidewalks, ramps, and ramp reconstruction for constituent submitted requests. One contract will be awarded and includes two one-year renewal options at the City's sole discretion, with a 3.5% unit price increase per renewal. Renewals maintain original quantities and scope. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the classes of work as Sidewalk and Curbing for the project with an estimated value of $14,989,500 will be required. Estimated Cost $14,989,500 Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
