Site work and paving for a road / highway in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This will be for a contract specifically dedicated to the Asphalt Resurfacing Program Citywide. This work will be conducted citywide at various locations. This contract includes two (2) one-year renewal options at the City's sole discretion, with a 3.5% price increase per renewal. Renewals maintain original quantities and scope. This will be for a contract specifically dedicated to the asphalt resurfacing program citywide. Massdot prequalification of contractors with the classes of work as pavement surfacing with an estimated three- year value of $20,997,700 will be required. A contractor that is not prequalified for the value above but wants to bid a project must submit a waiver request to massdot at least 2 weeks prior to the project's bid opening date.
