The work must meet applicable FIFA Quality Programme guidelines for natural grass surfaces (or equivalent national standards) and comply with all University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) requirements. In conjunction with the sports/soccer field refurbishment, the involves the construction of one (1) concrete Cricket Pitch covered with synthetic turf, stump boxes and field markings. This includes the removal and disposal of existing clay-based cricket pitch covered with synthetic turf that is not to be reused. The synthetic turf used for this project should be of a quality that can handle the regular use and programming of the University's growing Cricket program.
