MTCC is seeking to retain the Concrete Services of a qualified Service Provider for a Floor Slab Concrete Project. The Service Provider will oversee five phases of slab remediation, completed in accordance with MTCC's assigned Engineering/Project Management company and subject to approval by MTCC representatives. This includes providing required documentation to all governing bodies and stakeholders at each phase. The structural work includes saw-cutting and demolishing slab sections, removing debris, adjusting the stone base, installing formwork and 15M rebar, and placing 30 MPa high-early-strength concrete with a steel-float finish. Each phase concludes with thorough site cleanup, with all trades working closely with the Service Provider to ensure smooth execution.
