The latest version and amendments to the "Public Procurement Act" (Regulation NB 2022-78) apply to this call for tenders. Neither the lowest nor any other submission will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest submission exceeds the maximum amount allowed for The municipality may cancel this call for tenders if this project is not successful. The awarding of the contract is conditional upon securing funding for this project.
