Construction of a new reinforced concrete wash pad with new catch basin; installation of insulated drain piping through new intermediate catch basins (CB1 & CB2) to existing systems; installation of an NBDTI-supplied pressure washer with new propane, electrical, water, and chimney connections; rerouting building floor drains to new CB1; removal of existing used-oil tank and installation of new used-oil collection and transfer system; extensive interior and exterior drainage upgrades, piping, concrete, asphalt works, and new 2,500 L used-oil tank and pad.
