Ogden City is accepting sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of bulk T-Chlor to both the Marshall N. White Community Center and the Lorin Farr Community Pool. Items to be quoted include delivery to two separate aquatic facilities. For the Marshall N. White Community Center, each delivery will be 800-900 gallons at a time, with approximately 8 deliveries estimated (~7,200 gallons total per year). For the Lorin Farr Community Pool, the facility has a 600-gallon max capacity per delivery, split between the North Pump House (about 200 gallons per delivery) and the South Pump House (about 400 gallons per delivery). Summer delivery is estimated at 16 weekly deliveries, and winter at approximately 5 deliveries (~12,600 gallons total per year). The product is Liquid T-Chlor, also known as 12.5% Hypochlorite Solution, suitable for the disinfection of commercial swimming pools. Delivery must be conducted in one singular trip for each facility, with the delivery vehicle meeting maximum storage capacity per trip. The quote must be FOB Ogden. Delivery instructions include contacting facility staff upon arrival for access to the chlorine tanks. Bidders are responsible for securing any addenda issued and submitting two copies of the sealed bid to the specified address before the deadline. Ogden City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid that serves its convenience or best interest.
