Job No: 130520.001 The Work to be performed under these Contract Documents includes furnishing, delivering, and installing all materials, equipment, incidentals and services, including labor, for the work which generally includes: Adherence to Florida's Jessica Lunsford Act for Level 2 screening of Contract Workers and the associated site safety practices; mobilization/demobilization; maintenance of traffic; soil erosion, sedimentation, soil tracking prevention and dust control measures; trim or remove trees within work area; temporary project construction access; installation and removal of temporary driveways and sidewalks; clearing and grubbing; Dewatering and by-pass pumping; regrade and sod the channel top-of-bank areas from the eastern to western project extents; demolition and remove existing reinforced concrete channel lining and concrete channel bottom within the project area; install underdrain weep hole system; install new reinforced concrete channel lining on northern side of the channel and concrete channel bottom within the project area; installation of stormwater manhole and stormwater RCP; regrade and sod all disturbed grass area; and perform general site work associated with the improvements listed above; and all related work for a complete and operable system. All work shall be done as described in the Contract Documents and as shown on the Drawings complete and ready for operation in 365 calendar days. All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the pinellas park water management district staff or officials other than the specified contact person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $6,200,000.
