No definite date for the rebid.** The Construction Manager at Risk is to be responsible for construction project scheduling and coordination in both preconstruction and construction phases and generally responsible for the successful, timely, and economical completion of the construction project. The Construction Manager will not be required to perform engineering services related to the improvements as the City will be providing the Construction Manager with engineered plans. Construction will include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Installation of four 20,000 gallon double-wall, fiberglass, underground tanks 2. Installation of three new fuel pumps with two hoses on each (two pumps for unleaded fuel and one for diesel) 3. Installation of one 850 gallon Diesel Exhaust Fuel with one dispensing hose 4. Providing approximately 300 AIM kits along with installation training for fleet 5. Engineered fuel island canopy 20'x40' 6. Demolition of existing fuel island To be considered, proposals in response to this to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must contain evidence of the Proposer's experience and ability to perform the specified services identified within this RFP.
