This will involve comprehensive site preparation and subsequent construction to transform the area into Davis Commons Park (the Project). The park is envisioned to host a variety of events, such as small concerts, plays, and open-air markets. Key components of the Project will include the construction of necessary buildings and associated infrastructure. Furthermore, the park will feature a splash pad and a bandshell, along with other amenities designed to enhance the public's experience. The City seeks to retain a construction management firm to build the Project on the Property. A preliminary Project site plan is below:The Construction Manager will not be required to perform engineering services related to the improvements as the City will be providing the Construction Manager with engineered plans. Construction will include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Splash pad 2. Playground 3. Open air pavilions 4. Festival Street 5. Bandshell for performances 6. Storage structures 7.
