Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Kansas, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,289-square-foot educational facility.
This project consists of constructing a new metal building, Field House with locker rooms and weight room for Kansas Public Schools. Trades involved include demolition, framing, flooring, gypsum board, doors & frames, painting, ceilings, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and miscellaneous specialties. Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor and materials for the New Field House Building for Kansas High School, as detailed in the project drawings and specifications. Bids must be submitted to the specified address by the stated deadline. Each bid over $100,000, or as otherwise required by State Law, must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for forty-five (45) days following the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
