The City of Ormond Beach requires a vendor to perform renovations to the bathrooms at the Ormond Beach Sport Complex. Deadline for questions: 12/3/2025 at 4:00 PM. Any questions concerning conditions and specifications shall be directed to the Purchasing Coordinator via email - procurement@ormondbeach.org. Those interpretations which may affect the eventual outcome of this Project will be furnished in writing to all prospective Proposers via online. No interpretation shall be considered binding unless provided in writing by the City of Ormond Beach. Questions must be submitted prior to the deadline indicated. A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a Bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity, may not submit a Bid on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work, may not submit Bids on leases or real property to a public entity, may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list. Pursuant to Section 287.134(2)(a), Florida Statutes, an entity or affiliate who has been placed on the discriminatory vendor list may not submit a bid or proposal on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity, may not submit a bid or proposal on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work, may not submit bid or proposal on leases of real property to a public entity, may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity. The City of Ormond Beach cannot and does not warrant the confidentiality of any information submitted in response to this solicitation. Florida law provides that municipal records shall at all times be open for personal inspection by any person, Section 119.01, F.S., The Public Records Law. Information and materials received by the City of Ormond Beach in connection with all Proposers' response shall be deemed to be public records subject to public inspection upon award, recommendation for award, or 30 days after opening, whichever occurs first. Section 119.071, F.S. EXECUTION OF QUOTATIONS: Quotations must contain the signature of authorized representative in the space(s) provided. All corrections made by Proposer to any Quotation entry must be initialled. The company name and F.E.I.D. number shall appear in the space(s) provided. QUOTATION CLOSING: Quotations will be accepted until the stated closing date. Quotations received after the due date may not be considered. LICENSES AND PERMITS: The vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, rules and regulations required to perform work in accordance with the specifications. Event bid description: Other forms will be accepted at our discretion. E-mail quotations are required, no other submittals will be accepted. No Quotation may be modified after opening. No Quotation may be withdrawn after opening for a period of ninety (90) days. CLARIFICATION/CORRECTION OF QUOTATION: The City of Ormond Beach reserves the right to allow for the clarification of questionable entries and for the correction of OBVIOUS MISTAKES. The City of Ormond Beach reserves the right, at any time, to modify, waive or otherwise vary the terms and conditions of this request for quotes including, but not limited to, the deadlines for submission and submission requirements. The City further reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to cancel or withdraw this request at any time and to negotiate with any party prior to or after submittal.
