This acquisition is for non-personal services to operate, maintain, inspect, and repair all equipment at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. The WWTP has a total capacity of approximately 1.5 million gallons per day (MGD). The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, certified personnel, and labor necessary to perform services in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Required services include establishing a preventative maintenance inspection program with maintenance work, report submittal, and record keeping; performing sampling and laboratory analysis; waste and effluent disposal; sludge and grit disposal to maintain a clean and orderly site; preparing all related correspondence and operating reports; operating the WWTP in accordance with Cannon AFBs New Mexico Environment Department state-issued discharge permit; and conducting visual inspection and calibration of flow meters to the Cannon AFB Golf Course Pond and North Playa Lake. Service is required 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Location: Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. The period of Performance will be: 01 Mar 2026- 28 Feb 2027 (base year) 01 Mar 2027 - 29 Feb 2028 (OY1) 01 Mar 2028- 28 Feb 2029 (OY2) 1 Mar 2029 - 31 Aug 2029 (6 Month extension of services if needed
