Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade theater / auditorium.
A Unified Bid is requested for all work in this project, including General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction work for the IN361X Madam Walker Legacy Center - Walker Theatre Roof Event Space at Indiana University Indianapolis. Bid proposals must fully comply with the Bidding Documents, which may be examined by prospective Bidders. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the designated website and must be registered and signed in. Each bid must include a completed Minority, Womens and Veterans Business Enterprise Participation Plan, a bid security for 5% of the total bid, and the contractors written drug testing program compliant with relevant Indiana Code. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive irregularities in bidding. Failure to provide required documentation may render a bid incomplete. The Base Bid may be held for up to sixty days and all Alternate Bids for up to ninety days before awarding and incorporation into the contract.
