This requirement is for the purchase and installation of two industrial air compressors for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center Optical Lab. Each unit must independently provide a minimum of 335 CFM at 135 PSI and include an integrated air-drying system. The compressors should be installed in tandem to ensure continuous, uninterrupted air supply. The project includes full turnkey services such as removal and disposal of two existing IRN40H-CC-HV compressors, transportation and rigging, integration and exhaust ductwork, utility hookups or modifications, plumbing to tie into existing 4-inch copper air lines, and relocation of the existing 500-gallon air storage tank. Variable speed/rotary design is preferred but not mandatory. Vendors must also offer optional preventative maintenance services for the OEM estimated life of the compressors.
