Renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the New Augusta Public Academy North - Heat Pump Replacement - Phase 2 and Fishback Creek Mechanical Renovation - Phase 1. A single lump sum bid for work at each building will be received, and combined bids will also be considered. All bidders must submit bids using the enclosed Bid Form, satisfying the requirements for Indiana Form No. 96 (Revised 2013), indicating financial resources, construction experience, organization, and available equipment. Bid security, in the form of a bid bond or certified check, is required at 10 percent of the total bid, to be forfeited if the bid is withdrawn after the closing time. Successful bidders will provide satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each for 100 percent of the contract sum, from an acceptable surety. Bidders must register at Eastern Engineering's website to download bidding documents. Optional, but recommended, attendance at the prebid conference is available for clarification of the Drawings and Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid or waive irregularities, informalities, and errors in the bidding process as permitted by law.
