The project involves pavement preservation using a rejuvenator, along with all incidental work required, as specified in the Contract Document and Plans, for the following locations: 2nd St from Washington St to Wilson St; 3rd St from Vincennes St to Jackson St; Jackson St from 3rd St to SR 37; E Martin St from SR 37 to Martin St; Karen St from Jackson St to Washington St; Vincennes St from Wesley St to Gretchen St; Hall Circle from Carolyn St to Carolyn St; Jefferson St from 2nd St to SR 37; Jefferson St from 5th St to 3rd St; Washington St from 2nd St to SR 37; Lincoln St from Jefferson St to Monroe St, all in Orange County, Indiana. Bids must be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form No. 96 with all forms included in the Contract Documents, filed intact. Bid envelopes must be sealed and labeled with the words ORLEANS TOWN COUNCIL FY26 ASPHALT REJUVENATOR Project. Bidders must be INDOT pre-qualified as per Indiana Code (IC) 5-16-13-10. To be considered, contractors must register with QuestCDN.com and purchase the contract documents in digital form. All proposals require a certified check, bank draft, cashier's check, money order, or Indiana business bid bond for five percent (5%) of the bid price. The successful contractor must provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract price each within ten days after contract award, and a two-year Maintenance Bond for 30% of the contract price before final payment. Proposals may be held for up to sixty days from bid opening. The Town reserves the right to clarify bids, evaluate beyond price alone, and reject or waive technicalities in any proposal.
