Renovation of a municipal facility in Crown Point, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

Sealed proposals are requested for Façade Improvements at the Lake County Government Center for the Lake County Board of Commissioners. Bids are to be submitted for General Construction in accordance with the Bid Documents prepared by CSK Architects, P.C. All bids must be sealed, submitted on the Bid Proposal Form in the Project Manual, and include Indiana State Form No. 96, a satisfactory bid bond or a certified check or bank draft payable to the Board of Commissioners of Lake County Government, amounting to five percent (5%) of the maximum bid. Non-Indiana businesses must file a certified check, bank draft, cashier's check, or money order issued by an insured financial institution payable to the Treasurer of Lake County, Indiana. Employer Identification Number or Social Security Number must be provided on the bid form. For contracts over $200,000, the successful bidder must execute a performance bond and a labor/material payment bond at 100% of the contract amount, as well as a two-year maintenance bond at 20% of the contract amount. Bonds must comply with IC 36-1-12-13.1 and 36-1-12-14 and remain active for at least 12 months after contract completion. Bidders are also required to comply with Lake County's Responsible Bidder Ordinance. The Lake County Government Center may reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or return unopened proposals submitted after the deadline. No Base Bid or Alternates may be withdrawn for 60 days following the bid opening. Question Deadline 12/10/2025 RFIs are required to be submitted to the Architect within seven (7) consecutive calendar days of the bid due date and time
