Sealed bids are requested for the 2025 Dyer Ditch Streambank Stabilization Project - Phase 1 in Schererville and Dyer, Lake County, Indiana. Each bid must be submitted on Form #96, and include an executed proposal form and a non-collusion affidavit as part of Form #96. Bids must be in sealed envelopes marked with the type of bid. The Contractor must provide an affidavit showing a valid General Contractor's License in Lake County and a notarized affidavit of Equal Employment and Affirmative Action (County Form 3). A bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to 5% of the bid must accompany all bids, with at least one surety being either a resident or an authorized surety company in Lake County, Indiana. All bids must comply fully with applicable laws. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
