OUC's District Cooling is seeking a qualified Contractor to replace the cooling tower film fill material, drift eliminators, louvers, and refurbish other components within the Marley crossflow Cooling Towers installed at Downtown West Central Energy Plant (CEP). Piggyback Solicitation No Insurance Required Yes Bid Bond Required No Performance Bond Required Yes Performance Bond Amount 100% Question Deadline 12/12/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions asked during the walkthrough must be submitted to the Buyer of Record via email (JMclester@ouc.com). Notice should be provided to the Buyer of Record (Jon McLester) via email (JMclester@ouc.com) no later than 4:00 PM (EST) Monday December 8, 2025 and is to include the attendees: first and last name, name of firm, telephone number, and email address. All attendees must complete the Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement ("Waiver" - see Attachment F). The Waiver is per attendee, not per firm; therefore, each attendee must complete the Waiver in order to participate in the site visit.
