2025 Martin Way ADA Improvements Major work items include: Removing asphalt, sidewalk, and curb ramps; reconstructing pedestrian curb ramps; and restoring roadway pavement. Cost estimate range: $40,000 to $75,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent of the amount of such bid proposal. The contract for the public work shall be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid. The Board of Thurston County Commissioners may waive informalities in the bidding, reject any or all bids for good cause, reject a bid not accompanied by any required bid deposit, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of Thurston County is served.
