Description

Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Kingman, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.

Invitation for Bids or "IFB") from qualified vendors capable of providing Replacement of the existing Runway 3-21 and 17-35 Precision Approach Path Indicators (PAPIs), including the PAPI control unit, cable, and other components deemed in need of replacement, and installation of new LED PAPI systems. Bidders wishing to submit questions must do so through the procurement portal by no later than 5:00 pm, Arizona time, on Thursday, January 26, 2026. The right is hereby reserved to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereto, to waive any informality in any proposal, and to reject the bids of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful to any contract with the City of Kingman. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
