The City of Kingman, Arizona (City) is soliciting competitive Statements of Qualifications (SOQs or RFQs) from qualified firms for Master planning and pre-construction services for a new fire station, administration, and possible future dispatch building of approximately 25,000 SF. Question Deadline 01/14/2026 at 12:00 PM MT Respondents wishing to submit questions regarding this RFQ, Questions must be submitted through online. The City may reject any Response not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any response when cancellation is in the best interest of the City. Qualified firms must demonstrate the ability to provide innovative, practical solutions that expedite the construction schedule while maintaining quality and controlling costs, support the design team from project initiation through completion by providing real-time cost modeling, constructability input, and value engineering throughout design. The City may reject any response not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any response when cancellation is in the best interest of the City.
