Description

Site work and new construction of an office development in Kingman, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a office development; and for site work for a office development.

Mohave County is solicitating Statement of Qualifications to use the Design-Build Contracting method for the Design and Construction of a District 3 Supervisor Suite. The County is conduction a competitive two-step process to award one (1) contract for the Design-Build Construction. The County invites interested firms to submit written Statements of Qualifications relating to this solicitation. A Committee will evaluate the qualifications and experience of similar projects. The County will select three (3) proposers for further consideration. Those selected will be requested to submit separate Technical Proposal and Price Proposal. Final Contract Award will be determined through a selection process that considers a Final Technical Proposal and a Price Proposal. The project will utilize a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Questions are Due By 5:00 PM on February 10, 2026
