The AACPS is contracting for labor, supervision, materials, equipment, creativity and skills necessary to perform energy management maintenance services and energy management control systems programming and Mechanical Systems Preventative Maintenance & Repair in accordance with the attached terms, specifications and general conditions. The Board of Education of Anne Arundel County (Maryland) is interested in receiving proposals from qualified contractors for providing a high end energy management service contract to operate and maintain the energy management systems for one hundred twenty (120) Anne Arundel County Public Schools buildings which are already served by a variety of energy monitoring and control system controlling equipment operation to include, but not limited to chiller, ice storage (located at Old mill Complex), air handling units, roof top units, boilers, unit vents, fan coil units, energy management system, temperature controls and building controls. Questions must be submitted on the Request for Information (RFI) Form and submitted via email. The Buyer will distribute a written summary of responses to timely-received questions to all prospective bidders known to have received a copy of this RFB. prospective bidders may submit questions to the AACPS Buyer named above. AACPS reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities in the solicitations or bids. AACPS reserves the right to negotiate or modify any element of the bid to ensure that the best possible arrangements for achieving the stated purpose are obtained.
