Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of Angels Park Improvements, which includes construction of a new 1,350 SF building with garage space and public-use accessible bathrooms; installation of building electrical, plumbing, and HVAC; site work including clearing and grubbing of trees, pavement improvements, and retaining wall installation; and all other Work shown in the Drawings and called for in the Specifications. Bidders are instructed to obtain Bidding Documents from the designated website or the Issuing Office. Register as a plan holder on the designated website even if documents are obtained elsewhere. The Issuing Office will provide printed copies of Bidding Documents with a deposit, refundable under specified conditions. Partial sets of documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Owner and Engineer are not responsible for documents obtained from other sources.
