The Rivercrest Community Development District requests proposals for landscape maintenance services as detailed in the RFP Package. The RFP Package includes the Request for Proposals, Instructions to Proposers, Evaluation Criteria, Scope of Work, and a combined affidavit. Interested firms must submit 1 hard copy of their proposal and a thumb drive with an electronic copy in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the proposer and the RFP title. The work for the landscape maintenance is to include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, accessories, and services necessary or incidental to meet the requirements outlined in this scope below. The intention is to sustain all turf and plant materials in a healthy, vigorous growing condition, free from weeds, diseases, insects, and nutritional deficiencies as well as a completely operational irrigation system. All associated planted areas are to be kept in a continuous healthy, neat, clean and debris free condition for the entire life of the contract.
