Professional engineering services are required on a continuing basis for the District's stormwater systems and other public improvements authorized by Chapter 190, Florida Statutes. The selected engineering firm will act as District Engineer and provide professional engineering services as required. Applicants must hold applicable federal, state, and local licenses; be authorized to do business in Florida; and furnish a Qualification Statement using Standard Form No. 330, including information on professional personnel, minority business enterprise certification, ability to meet time and budget requirements, past experience and performance (especially as District Engineer or in Hillsborough County), geographic location, current and projected workloads, and prior work awarded by the District. Applicants must identify specific individuals who will attend District meetings and perform construction services and other engineering tasks on behalf of the District. The Board will select and rank Applicants using CCNA requirements and evaluation criteria on file with the District Manager. The District reserves the right to reject any and all Qualification Statements. All Qualification Statements are subject to public records requirements under Florida law.
