Site work for a water / sewer project in Lynn Haven, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project includes construction of a new water main, approximately 1,330 linear feet of 6-inch water main, on Bradford Circle. The new water main will include relocated water service meters and fire hydrants. All bidders shall have a Florida Underground Utility License. For paving or concrete work, the contractor or subcontractor must be FDOT Certified in paving, concrete, and grassing, seeding and sodding. Each bidder must provide a Bid Bond or security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the information to bidders. Performance and payment bonds will be required from the awarded bidder, and sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570. Bidders must comply with federal requirements regarding debarment and suspension status of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids, and modify quantities at any time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
