Site work for a water / sewer project in Lynn Haven, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The project includes construction of a new water main (approximately 140 LF of 8-inch and 6-inch watermain) connecting Bell Circle to the larger water distribution system. The new main includes all associated fittings and a new fire hydrant assembly. All bidders shall have a Florida Underground Utility License. For paving or concrete work, the contractor (or subcontractor) shall be FDOT Certified in the following work groups: Paving (can be subcontractor), Concrete (can be subcontractor), Grassing, Seeding and Sodding (can be subcontractor). Bidders must comply with federal requirements to check debarment and suspension status of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors per 2 CFR 200, Appendix II (H) and 31 CFR Part 19. The owner has the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and modify quantities at any time. Each bidder must provide a Bid Bond or security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information to Bidders. Performance & Payment Bonds will be required from the awarded Bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570. Only registered Bid Set Holders who receive Bid Documents directly from Panhandle Engineering, Inc. are authorized to submit bids on this project. There will be no mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project.
