For the relocation of fiber for an upcoming roundabout D.O.T. construction project at the intersection of Riley and Appleman Roads in Kendallville, Indiana through the ERATE process. Listed below are the requirements for the proposal. Vendors may submit alternative equipment/services if the equipment/services is an equivalent make and model or serves a similar functionality. 1- Proposal is to include all of the following: a. All costs to cover materials, labor, and any equipment necessary to relocate the fiber and fiber pathways through the indicated project area. i. ii. East Noble requires a fiber vault or handhole installed at both points where the fiber will be redirected, roughly South and North of the project area indicated, to allow for any future maintenance needed on this section of fiber. Armored fiber cabling is required with 24 count fiber. b. Vendor will need to include their projected timeline for completion of this project with the proposal. The ideal timeframe for the fiber relocation to occur is June 1st to July 31st of 2026. 2- Vendor will need to work with American StructurePoint and Indiana Department of Transportation to determine the new fiber routing path. 3- Relevant building addresses for this project are listed below. a. Any changes in coverage/providers are to be forwarded to East Noble with 90 days of the change.
