The City of Homestead is seeking quotes for the purchase and delivery of two (2) 145KV Dead Tank Circuit Breakers, 2000A Continuous Current, 2000A CT's 40KA, 650 BIL GE DT1-145FK F1. The circuit breakers must have the following specifications: 145KV voltage rating, dead tank type, 2000A continuous current rating, 2000A current transformers (CT's), 40KA interrupting capacity, 650 BIL, model GE DT1-145FK F1. The equipment must comply with standards IEEE C37.04, IEEE C37.06, IEEE C37.09, IEC 62271-100, and ANSI/IEEE C37.010. The supplier must provide all necessary documentation (operation manuals, maintenance manuals, technical specifications), a minimum warranty period of 24 months from installation or 30 months from shipment (whichever comes first), and ensure secure delivery to the specified location. Packaging must meet industry standards for high-voltage electrical equipment shipping, and the supplier must rectify any discrepancies or damages upon inspection at no additional cost. The supplier must also comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and provide three references upon request. Quotes must detail fixed and firm pricing, realistic lead times, and provide full descriptions, part numbers, and brand names as necessary. Freight terms are F.O.B. destination, and the city will only accept quotations through a purchase order.
