Renovation of a municipal facility in Ambridge, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
NOTE: As of December 9, 2025, Addendum 1 has been issued with new pre-bid meeting date and time. Addendum must be acknowledged and signed as part of the contract documents for this project. As of December 8, 2025, this project is not out for bid yet. The work includes renovations within the Upper Level of the existing Harmony Township Municipal Building. The FourPrime project delivery method will be utilized. Bids are required on a stipulated lump sum basis for the following separate Prime Contracts: General Construction Work, Mechanical Work, Plumbing Work, and Electrical Work. This is a prevailing wage project. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the architect, and each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Harmony Township.
