The work under this item shall include the movement of personnel, construction equipment and supplies to the project site or to the vicinity of the project site in order to enable the Contractor to begin work on the contract. This pay item shall also include the restoring the construction working area (staging area, access area, construction entrances, etc.) to original or better conditions including sodding or grading the area. The cost of all bonds and insurance for the project will also be considered part of this specification. Mobilization will be measured as a lump sum item as the work progresses.
