Renovation of a library in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
SOW includes but not limited to: o Construct three additional offices within the existing file room (5th Floor, Suite 501). Each office must include proper lighting, HVAC, fire/life safety devices, and dedicated power and data for furniture and equipment. Two new data drops are required. o Modify existing workstations by replacing current furniture and panels with new models. o Ensure RJ45 connectivity within the file room. o Install a video camera and doorbell at the reception area entrance. o Install 2-3 backboards for TV monitors in the hearing rooms and complete all associated electrical work. o Provide and install 5 new card readers and ensure card-access-only functionality for all doors. o Install door stops on all doors. o Replace the floor tiles inside the file room with new carpet matching the existing finish. o To minimize disruption to hearings, some work will need to be performed after hours.
