Renovation of a mixed-use development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and swimming pool.
Purpose: This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for proposed General Contractor for structural, waterproofing, and tiling assembly repairs to the rehabilitation pool and mechanical pool level on the GF Strong Old Building F697-00 Project, as well as pool mechanical system upgrades to meet operational, functional, and public health requirements. Eligible Bidders Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT: Qualification Range: Acute care and/ or Non Acute project greater than $150K Qualification Range: Acute care projects - any range Discipline: Mechanical Contractor Qualification Range: Acute care projects - any range The pre-qualification lists for the Health Organizations may be viewed on the Fraser Health Authority website Online.
